The over-shirt mildly confuses me, doesn't seem to quite fit the right way *head tilt*

2010-06-12 [arthemis_]: The shirt looks attached to the bra at one side, and not attached at the other side. I think that the right side of the shirt (left if you look at it), should go round the bra, if you know what I mean...
Coloring could use some work, but I know how hard it is to scan pencil colored work! So, probably the original is so much nicer.
Socks are adorable, pose is adorable, the belly button may be a bit lower and the thighs are seemingly uneven.
I've not seen other work from you, so I cannot compare. But total picture I'd give it a 7/10 :)

2010-06-13 [pegasus1000]: The proportions are just bothering me. The upper part of the arm should be thicker then the lower. The waist should be wider (but that is probably the style you wanted.) The parts I like the best are the hands and the eyes. Keep working on it.

2010-06-13 [arthemis_]: I've looked at your other art-work, and I see that you are better with the male form :) Which is curious, because I myself are far better with the female form then the male-form.

2010-06-13 [Goma]: I've always had my own personal characters being male(for the most part anyway *glances at Kuro*) and so the female form is a bit distant in my art but I'm getting there.

2010-06-15 [Falx]: First thing I noticed was that it seems like her shirt is stufffed under her one breast. To me, it should drape more over it. Question: Is the shirt supposed to be more like a regular "I'm wearing this out" shirt, or more like lingerie? If it's the second, I think it should be a little less opaque. I love the look on her face and I like how you captured that blush like, "I'm being naughty and I know it." An art major friend of mine and I had this discussion on the human form and she said that she found that artists tend to have an easier time drawing figures of the same gender that they are. I guess because it's what you see in the mirror every day. So, I'm going to say for not drawing the female form very often, this is honestly pretty good. ^_^

I really like this one.
+ The shadowy affect is great
+ The cocky look on the right guys face is awesome.
+ I really like the 2D – 3D feel to the whole pic.
- The guy to left, the eyes on seem hollow. Or unfinished
~ The hair on the guy to the right is cool but I am wondering if you might want to add some highlights so it would seem on the same level as the nose or at least covering the eyes. But again I think it is cool as is so it would be up to you if you chose to experiment some more.

2010-08-09 [Goma]: The armor has been part of his design for ages xD the claws were an after thought o.o

This one was my first real experiment with silhouettes and the like and I think it turned out wonderful I had the one on the rights face showing when I first did it but it made him look a bit too sinister so I adjusted my shading and what not.

Color would be wonderful. It might help one be able to tell what those circle things are. At the moment, they kinda look like random spheres....or dragon eggs?

2010-10-02 [pegasus1000]: agrees with above statement of color. Line drawings are nice but if there is no texture then that is all it will ever be. If color gives you trouble then go with black and white and bits of color.

2010-10-02 [Goma]: for a bit more clarification the Dragon is foreshadowing and the tail is actually his (only half the dragon is even on the paper o,o)

2010-10-03 [Pnelma Tirian]: It looks great! The composition flows pretty nicely. Maybe give his spine a little more curve so it doesn't seem like he's got a super short torso. You could probably get away with just throwing some tones in there. :D

2011-12-04 [Ravendust]: Thighs and up look amazing, not too crazy about those legs though, better than I can do sometimes. The shoes look like something a child would wear, maybe thats why you're not to crazy about them on her? They just don't fit with the overall picture.

2011-12-05 [pegasus1000]: try drawing real shoes (or find a pic of a celebrate wearing some heels for reference). I have a hard time with shoes too. Just remember to Don't draw what you don't see.

2011-12-06 [iippo]: I absolutely agree with Pegasus, the best way to learn is to "don't draw what you don't see." "Draw what you know" is exactly what makes you draw things that turn out to look weird. Especially with hands and feet. You know a person has four fingers and a thumb, so you draw them all - when if you were to look at a real persons hand in the pose you want, you would realise that from that angle, you can only see two fingers and a thumb.

With getting things to look lifelike it is really crucial to unlearn what you know, and learn to see, purely see.
